Review of Vegan Melanzane at Pizza Express by bessiebean

Grilled aubergine, tomato sauce, garlic, mozzarella and parsley.
Pizza expresses tomato sauce can do no wrong and this arrived sizzling with perfectly cooked aubergine.
I have marked down for value as it is significantly more expensive than a margarita pizza and yet is not cooked fresh on-site. Maybe I just missed the carbs a little bit too 😜
