I like the crispy ones.  I bought the ones without the crumbs and it was too rubbery. 

Crispy Cutlets

I prepared these on the stove and they smelled absolutely amazing and were easy to cook. Nice texture, not bland but very light flavor. I’ll prepare them differently next time.
