What can I say... I loved it!
It's even better than animal pork which I remember being gummy or chewy. This has a juicy texture and a teste that is unbelievably delicious, one of the most amazing taste you can experience in your life, I dare to say.
It comes with a lot of vegetables, perfectly cooked.
I'm still dreaming of it.

Update: this dish is not on the menu anymore and I won't return to this restaurant until they stop serving Israeli products. For an ethical business is essential not to contribute to the Palestinian genocide. At least for me.
