It’s pretty good, comparable to the mushroom version of this dumpling that i had 🥟
main difference is the filling is focused on vegetables 🥕🥬 and the #glassnoodles 🍜
personally i much prefer this as a standalone dish rather than with soups / other flavours mixed in. also for some reason, pan-fried > air-fried for this. maybe because the filling is more assertive in flavour and on the sweeter side? i’d still eat this as a savoury item and NOT dessert but it’s a slightly sweeter filling
all-in-all, cooking preference:
1. pan-fried 8/10 (not sure about deep fried)
2. #steamed/boiling 7/10 (maybe try dipping with some chilli and soy sauce and ginger? 🫚🌶️)
3. #soups 5/10 (it’s fine but the soup and filling flavours may clash, so pick wisely!)
