Dried Bean Curd (Soja En Nuders) del Guihuang — Recensione di Daniel (29 feb 2024)

I have been wanting to try #soy knots for a while, so I jumped on these when I found them at the Suma supermarket. They are made with just two ingredients, soy and water, and pack a whalloping 40g of #protein per 100g. Just rehydrate and add to your favorite dish! I used them in a penang curry (2nd photo) and they added a nice texture. Next time I will use them in a more traditional Chinese dish and wiññ need to let them soak a bit more to reach the inside of each knot 😉. Fun to #trynewthings!
