This is a really nice classic sandwich. HB's hot sandwiches are always in a panini style, so I was wondering how they'd do that with meatballs. I think it worked out! The meatballs are really meaty and have those classic sausage spices. The marinara is packed with basil which is what I like to see! It also has their provolone cheese. It didn't completely melt, but it was soft and creamy. It was a lovely addition to the marinara and meatballs.
