this cheesecake was delicious! i was sad that gd ran out of their giant cake slices, but luckily they still had this orange creamsicle cheesecake. i was a little disappointed by the slice size (at least compared to the large cake) but it wasn’t a big deal.

the cheesecake itself was well-textured and packed with true orange creamsicle flavor. it had a graham cracker crust (my favorite!!) and was topped with a lighter orange creamsicle mousse(?) as well as a little dollop of whip. the mousse was a little flimsy, but that probably happened during transportation and the 100% florida humidity 😭

i was very impressed with both the texture and flavor of this cheesecake, and i will say (besides the slice size) this is one of the most accurate to nonvegan cheesecakes i’ve had. definitely recommend trying out a cheesecake—i’ll order one again for sure!
