this was a perfect platter!

the just egg was delicious and i enjoyed them scrambled. the bacon was amazing; however, it was not crispy. i did not actually care much about this because it tasted and looked identical to bacon (and mimicked the texture of non crispy bacon). i could see crispy bacon enjoyers not liking this though..

the pancakes were the star of the show (to me)! i enjoyed the texture and uniformness of these pancakes. it was fun to spread on the butter and pour the maple syrup. they aren’t the absolute best vegan pancakes i’ve ever had; however, the experience of this dish as a whole is enough to make it one of my favorites! i would recommend this.
