Very yummy cheesecake brownies!
The texture of everything is perfect. The brownies is a more crumbly and short texture than a traditional brownie, but I think that made the dish better. The vegan cheesecake filling was soft but set and I enjoyed the strawberry jam ribbon through the cheesecake portion. I only wish there was more jam to offset the richness of the cheesecake and brownie parts.
It's pricy (paid around $10 for a single pastry) but it was yummy.
