This was the Caesar salad I was looking for! A big bowl of lettuce but topped with chunks of vegan chicken, nooch (nutritional yeast), crispy chikpeas, cherry tomato and vinaigrette. It was fresh and satisfying.
Loved this casual dining spot in central Vienna - it’s fully vegan and the menu had a whole lot of different tasty options.
