Without question one of the better things on the table on the evening 🙂 This was a flavourful plate of veggies, belying its pale and monochromatic appearance. The #lotusroot and #chineseleek were particular highlights, honourable mentions to the #snappeas, #carrot, and #almondflakes 🙂 Slurped every last drop of the gravy 🤤
