These are good! They’re good straight out of the bag. Not too oily or messy. They’re even better when melted. Daiya has come a looooong way. I still remember when I first tried it. Even though I wasn’t a fan I kept buying the products just so that I didn’t feel like I was missing anything. I know. That was a little silly on my part but that’s what happened. Definitely going to get another bag when they go on sale.
