This is a pretty good roast, but not my favorite. It's a little dry, but that might be my fault because I didn't use the gravy. It has a grainy texture but has a nice flavor. I like that it's an easy meal you can just pop in the oven; I usually bake it with potatoes, onions, and carrots for some added veggies
