This cute little food truck was voted # 2 best mac & cheese in Bend, so, of course I had to try it! I was far from disappointed. This creamy mac & cheese was topped with crispy barbecue seitan “rib” pieces that had an amazing texture. Overall, the flavor was delicious. I could definitely taste the nutritional yeast in the mac sauce which gave it a great cheesy flavor. The seitan rib pieces were also so good I’m excited to try the rib platter next time!
