Tarta De Baileys Irish Cream al La Veganesa — Recensione di Madeleine (11 feb 2024)

Very rich with a good serving amount for the expensive price. You can really taste the booziness of the whisky ending the initial caramel and cream flavours. The Baileys cream was layered on a few tiers of vanilla cake that needed a bit more time in the oven in my opinion. It seemed undercooked and gluey. Texture aside, it looked and tasted great.
