This seemed like such a simple toast while I ate this for lunch (mainly arugula, tomatoes, and a light spread on a rosemary sourdough bun), but as I read the ingredients, I realize that there’s actually quite a few variety that goes in here, including sautéed garlic and mushrooms, olives, and their house made cauliflower dressing. It was OK, but I think I would have enjoyed it more if there was more of their housemate Mac spread. I could barely taste it. I included a photo of the menu that has the list of ingredients in this. This is just one of the menus that they have posted. They have a variety of menus on display, so be sure to look at all of them because not all of them has everything listed.
