Organic Masa Harina del Bob's Red Mill — Recensione di Iszy (11 feb 2024)

This is a staple in my kitchen simple because it's in my favorite soup. I actually have no idea what else to use it for. I guess tortillas, but that sounds hard. 😅 I did just get the cookbook "Provecho" though, so that might have some ideas! This masa harina is wonderful for thickening up my enchilada soup. It also adds some lovely corn flavor.
