I've been stuck in bed the past several days with a back spasm, ugh.🤦🏼♀️ In my opinion, mac and cheeze is the perfect #vegan comfort food when you can't walk. We usually keep a bottle of Braggs Nooch in our pantry at all times, but Trader Joe's brand is just as good and a great price at $3.49 it has both protein and B vitamins and gives food a great cheezy flavor. It's great to add in to sauces, stews etc. This was combined with potatoes, raw cashews and carrots to make a creamy vegan cheeze sauce. It wasn't bad at all. I still really like the Daiya Mac, but this is a hit healthier.
