Homemade Curry Puff al September Vegan Food — Recensione di Evie (1 feb 2024)

Two generously-sized curry puffs made with deep-fried pastry and a curried potato filling. The pastry is very crispy but also quite fatty (which I guess is kinda the point). I found the filling to be a bit plain. Points for presentation - someone has gone to a lot of trouble to fold those edges so beautifully!
