These really blew me away, they reminded me so much of real shrimp, the texture and flavour were perfect! Light, a bit of chew, with a seafood taste but not too strong.
Of course knowing that no animals were harmed, and no shrimp poop was to be found on my meal, made it even better. Cooked with beyond sausage to add to jambalaya.
