It’s not common to find vegetarian Hainanese chicken rice in Singapore that isn’t made of mock meat (gluten). So, it’s nice that Privé has this option. I’d say the taste is pretty authentic and it comes with a flavourful soup. Can choose between white or brown rice. Just wish there were more greens in the dish. Also, really liked the gingery taste of their chicken rice chilli - it’s not very sharp or spicy though.
