My husband wanted to try this though, to be honest, I am not big on #enchiladas usually but this was horrible. The texture was disgusting (we baked in the oven as instructed) and visually it looked so bad. Flavor was not good either, just all around horrible :(
Props for making a #fullyvegan offering but throw this one away and do something else.
