Fried Mushrooms al Francis — Recensione di Iszy (29 gen 2024)

These beer battered mushrooms are everything you'd ever need in greasy bar food. There are some big chunks of oyster mushrooms in here as well and some nice bite sized bits. The batter was really yummy and would be amazing for onion rings or cheese curds (pls Francis!!). The batter to mushroom ratio was a bit higher than I would have liked, but it was a nice thing to share. It's served with malt vinegar mayo which added a nice tanginess.
