this vegan burger was alright. i enjoy the 14g of protein per patty, and the texture was pretty good if not a little dry for my taste. it definitely reminded me more of a well-done burger rather than a medium or medium rare (in texture). the taste was pretty similar to a burger and definitely imitated meat, but there’s not much juiciness to them. that being said, i do purchase them for my burger needs because they’re fairly easily to find and i definitely wouldn’t recommend against them.
there are better vegan burgers out there, but these are about middle of the road.
