I have a huge bag of Vevan mozzarella to get rid of, so I thought it was the perfect time to make lasagna! I've used no-boil pasta more recently. The last time I used regular lasagna pasta it was difficult to separate them after boiling. This time everything went really smoothly though. I actually ordered the end product more than the no-boil pasta. I feel like you can get more layers with the more traditional way and you don't need to use as much sauce.
