Vegan Bún Riêu! Tomato and pineapple soup that was piquant with a sweet-sour profile that wasn't overwhelmingly tangy~ 🍅🍍 Filled with vermicelli noodles, 'fishcake' tofu, and shimeji mushrooms. 🍜🍄 Loved the housemade 'crabmeat chunk' which was firm yet tender, and tastier than the one from The Kind Bowl in my opinion! 🦀 Served with their homemade vegan sambal chilli sauce too. Vegan Pho is a humble food court stall in Orchard serving authentic food at wallet-friendly prices. The young man shared that the auntie has been cooking vegan Vietnamese food for over 30 years. 👩🏻🍳🇻🇳 They're currently sharing a space with an omni stall but with separate cooking equipment; they're hoping to move to a stall of their own and to expand their menu.
