Review of soymeat spaghetti - Oh'my by windgal

Not really expecting much from a microwaved meal so I guess I was somewhat surprised that the texture of pasta was nicely al dente with a little spinginess (from the one mouthful of tasterI took from my hubby's plate!). The bolognese sauce was rich but a little concentrated. The only thing I didn't like is the tiny tiny portion of vegetables.
