Ensaladilla al Veganí — Recensione di Madeleine (13 gen 2024)

This was a new deconstructionist take on ensaladilla! Instead of a mixture of cubed potato and other vegetable pieces in cream, it was just potato and broccoli mashed up together roughly, with the cream spooned over the top with edible flowers. It was very pretty and delicious too.
The atmosphere was kind of a downer though. The vibes in the restaurant were quite cold and minimalistic, and I was told to get out not long after having just finished my meal when it was clear I wasn’t going to be coughing up any more money for them. A word to the wise- maybe don’t walk in looking like a poor uni student like I did 😅
