This was part of the lunch special which came with a Hot and Sour soup. In my opinion the soup outshone this dish, but the dish was still fine. A bit over salted and perhaps too much sauce as I was left with quite a large puddle after the meal. The noodles are great! Nice texture and flavor. And I was always looking forward to the next mushroom or tofu 🤤
