Lovely to find vegan cakes.
Ethnically made.
Healthy to eat.
Just needed it to be bogger as a treat from Holland and barrett it was delicious.
I found it sweet with the pockets of hidden fruit with the peel and raisins are scrumptious in a cake.
I ate mine with a plant based coffee
But sorry this cake was too small to share with any one else.!
But great to know Holland and barrett ate offering vegan treats for Christmas.
As these would make Beautiful gifts for giving.
