Arepa with vegan scrambled eggs al Miranda Café — Recensione di sianski (10 gen 2024)

I’m pretty sure I’ve reviewed the arepa cornbread from Miranda’s before so I’ll focus on the vegan scrambled eggs.
First thing to say is that I thoroughly enjoyed this lunch. The two items were both delicate in flavour and I added a little bit of chilli sauce to give a picante.
The vegan scrambled egg had no ingredient details on the menu and I never got a chance to ask a member of staff. I think it consisted mainly of mashed red lentil. I liked it but I don’t think ‘scrambled egg’ was a suitable description.
The staff are friendly and it’s great to have a local, dedicated vegetarian/vegan cafe.
The pricing is high.
