I bought this for the first time expecting to enjoy it. My first surprise was when I took them out of the box, the burgers were small and misshapen. I followed the directions airfrying them for the prescribed temperature and time. They were still mushy and not browned at all, so I pan fried them another five minutes for color, but they were still very soft on the inside. The smell was strange and unpleasant so I turned my hood fan on high. When I took my first bite I was really put off by the taste. I took another bite, but then I threw the whole box away. I like seaweed and wanted to like these, but I am very surprised they made it to the shelves of Whole Foods.
