This was a bit off-menu, but turned out great.

The original dish is with teriyaki sauce and they claim, it is not vegan because of it. I couldn't understand why their teriyaki sauce is not vegan, as it does not use fish sauce according to them, but the waiter didn't seem confident and mumbled something about chicken 🤷‍♂️, so I asked for a vegan sauce and they offered the spicy Korean, which was great.

The dish was really good and the portion was huge. The tofu was tasty, soft on the inside, with a nice crisp and glaze on the outside.
