I had a boxed brownie fiasco a few months ago and wanted to restock on cocoa powder so I could make my own. I purchased this one from Trader Joe’s in error, as I thought it was FEP approved, but the approved product is the cacao powder, not cocoa. Due to this, I will not repurchase, but can verify that the product works well in baking. Holiday baking took over so I’ve yet to make brownies, but this cocoa powder worked very well in my Black Forest cookies. It is reasonably priced as well.
