lamb kofta del Redefine Meat — Recensione di nikkibasson (2 gen 2024)

I used this "mince" to make lamb pieces. Once I fried the cubes it held it's shape surprisingly well and I turned it into this rogan josh. Delicious! And it even gives off a fattiness that works very well with the dish.
