In Dominican Republic for Christmas! So far, the buffets have been pretty good and have a wide variety of vegan options. On this plate I have a tostada topped with salsa, guac and grilled pineapple, some mashed plantains with black beans, grilled tomato and roasted veggies, hash brown, papaya and passion fruit. They switch it up a little each day so that’s nice as well. I think I’ll be eating at the buffet a lot because the restaurants don’t seem to have much if any vegan options:(
