🍄 EXTREMELY flavourful, well seasoned, a little sour and spicy with the rich umamis from tofu and mushroom coming together, yet fresh with the vegetables and coriander!!! 🌶️🌿
And it was light enough to be considered a starter and kept me going wanting more food from the sourness which is a hallmark of a great appetiser
