i think this might be my new favorite vegan burger of all time! i have no idea what the veggie patty is made of, but it’s delicious and supremely well seasoned. i loved the cheese and the bbq sauce. the jalapeños added that little bit of a kick that it needed, and the burger sauce was amazing! the onion ring also gave the burger a nice crunch upon biting into it. i’m not the biggest fan of arugula and think it can be overwhelming in certain case, but i thought it worked pretty well in this dish so i didn’t mind the bite. the combination of these flavors ended up working favorably, and i liked all the different textures as well. my only warning is that this burger was a super messy one because of all the fillings and sauces, so make sure you have enough napkins and are prepared for some food falling!

this burger also came with a heaping pile of cajun fries—delicious! 😇
