I’ve never had a more disgusting #espresso. It was bitter. Bitter espresso means your espresso shot is over-extracted. The hot water flows through the ground coffee slowly, which results in a longer contact time. The coffee tasted burnt and harsh - bitter to summarize. Bitter espresso can also happens because of dirty equipment, wrong grind or wrong coffee beans, too much water and not enough coffee beans, and too hot temperature. I hope it was just over-extraction and not dirty equipment. #coffee #dobetter
