These Thai wheat noodles from Trader Joe's are great for when we need dinner in a hurry, because they only take a few minutes to cook. Basically they just need to be heated up.
The only thing I don't love about them is that they're very delicate so I have to be very careful not to break them all up and end up with tiny little pieces of pasta, which I don't love.
