I was really excited to find this product in the frozen section at my local Whole Foods.  These just egg patties were super easy to prepare. I just heated them up in a lightly oil pan. They are perfect for vegan breakfast sandwiches. I love how there is no mess to clean up either. #veganegg #veganiseasy
