Botanical salad al Le Botaniste — Recensione di fx.k (1 dic 2023)

Yummers. There were loadsa nice veggies etc, as you might expect. Base of quinoa. Topped with sauerkraut and a nice dressing. And a superseed avocado, which was half an avocado covered in a seed mix, that was lovely. We got this as part of the full therapy (apt name), where we got 3 small (but still massive) bowls for cheaper.

le Botaniste is a fully vegan cafe that celebrates the beautiful flavours of plants so well. I also love the botanical reference! Salads, soups. A few outlets across Belgium, plus they’ve expanded into the US too it seems. I really hope they reach more countries, they’re doing beautiful things here. Portions are generous, plus they offer different meal deals, if you’re sharing or are a student etc. allergens are specified clearly, or you can ask them. Beautiful flavours, lovely staff, all round top marks.
