Dessert Crema allo zafferano e pere al Shakti Food — Recensione di paologemma (1 dic 2023)

The restaurant is run by a local Cultural Association. You can choice between a 3 or 5 courses menu which change according to the chef’s inspiration. You can anyway choose between a good selection of desserts.
By the way, the right address is Via Sostegno 80, Brescia.
A perfect mousse with a slight scent of saffron. On top some chocolate crumble and thin layers of pear.
Absolutely not heavy, you’re going to eat it all in no time :)
