It’s so hard to find vegan feta in Australia that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg, so when I found packets of GreenVie cheese on clearance at our local wholesaler I stocked up! This was only $2 🥳
Really enjoy this feta, went perfectly with my Greek salad. It could do with a bit more “tang” and saltiness, but the texture is nice and crumbly, not rubbery like some other vegan feta.
