this turk’y roast convinced a nonvegan family member to go out and buy a turk’y roast and i think that alone speaks for itself.
this was a nice surprise and i’d definitely get it again for the flavor alone! i didn’t expect it to be as good as it was, and the crust crisped up nicely in the oven while the texture of the turk’y and stuffing remained moist and not dry. i especially love the flavor of the stuffing, although the cranberries weren’t very present throughout. i would also say this will not serve 8 if you are hungry (i was hungry)
my cooking method was the microwave to oven instructions on the back. i believe it was 5 min in the microwave, flip half way through, and like 30 something minutes in the oven at 375? whatever those instructions were, i felt like they worked very well and i would follow them again next time. great product!
