This is insane 😂 I uh, have reading comprehension issues so I thought this was a #szechuan fried #vermicelli with #mushrooms 🍄 Turns out it isn’t and it’s just a giant à la carte serving of #mushroom, corn, and #beancurd crisps 🤭

The #corn was a nice touch! It balanced out the #mala flavour out really well 🌽 Make sure there’s some in every bite! I ended up making do with this and some rice generously donated by @m1tch9i 🤗

It’s not the best & the profile is very one note, aside the corn. Perhaps more texture is needed? Something is lacking 🤷‍♀️
