This wasn't as greasy and crispy as perhaps the term #deepfried had got me thinking it would be 😅 It was decent enough if and only if you like your #yam. Although the menu mentions #lotus, #leek, and #spinach, these are there in minimal quantities for artistic and/or peripheral effect only. We had this as a #starter shared between two, which was good as it didn't last long and we still had enough hunger afterwards to proceed straight into the next course 😅
