DELICIOUS HAM!! Made from Koji, this is better than any vegan or non-vegan ham I have ever tried. I loved the flavor and texture. The employee at New Seasons deli sliced these cold cuts very thin and it was absolute perfection! This ham is best sliced fresh, so they are not pre-packaged and you will find them in the deli at New Seasons. They were sold out of the Prime Roots Turkey but I got to try the Ham and Salami and they were both amazing!
