Over the sea 📣📣📣 🤸‍♀️ I’m getting so much #salad inspiration eating out over the past couple days 😋 #chukawakame in a salad — Who would’ve thought? 🥗

It’s far more filling than it looks 👀 and packs a lot of #umami (the mixed with sweetness kind) 😉 The #shiitake #mushrooms were practically as soft as butter and the seasoning perfect 🙌 I absolutely recommend tossing the hell out of this and pairing it with a side of #tofu 😇 You can’t imagine feeling more satisfied!
