I actually bought these fire, roasted diced tomatoes on accident, I was meaning to buy regular diced tomatoes to make a vegan tortellini soup. But it was a happy mistake :-) The fire roasted diced tomatoes had a lovely sweet flavor without much smokiness which I liked.
